We acknowledge that we live, work, and raise our children on the unceded lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung people. We also extend our respect to the traditional custodians of the lands on which you reside.

Being in a rural place has taught us to listen to the changes in seasons and life around us. We are committed to learning, justice, truth-telling, and respect.

As psychologists and educators, we acknowledge the deep connection to Country First Nations peoples hold that predates and challenges Western frameworks of wellbeing, mental health and healing.

We honour Elders past and present who held culture and knowledge through great hardship and who keep culture alive now and into the future.
